Terms of service
Last updated 8 October 2026
minipic.me ("we") is operated from Australia. Questions and complaints: support@minipic.me. By using minipic.me you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need an email address or a Google account to sign in. You must be at least 16. One free-credit allowance per person; making extra accounts to get more free credits is not allowed and we may remove those credits or accounts.
Credits and payment
Credits are bought in packs through Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and handles tax. One credit draws or tweaks one avatar. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. If a drawing fails or the image model refuses it, the credit is returned automatically.
Refunds. A pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of buying it, as long as none of its credits have been used. Write to support@minipic.me and we will return the payment to your card.
Once you draw with a pack, it is yours. We do not refund a pack that has been partly used, and we do not refund credits left over in it. Buying a pack means agreeing to this. If a drawing fails or the image model refuses it, that credit comes back automatically, so a failed drawing does not count as use. One limit: after several failed drawings in one day that the image model still charged us for, further failures that day keep their credit, which stops a prompt that trips the model’s filter being replayed at our expense; the message you see says when that has happened.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.
What you upload
Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to it. Do not describe or upload anything sexual, anything involving minors in a harmful way, hateful content, or anything meant to impersonate or deceive. We may block such requests and suspend accounts that keep trying.
A photo you add to draw once is used for that drawing and not kept. Photos you save in People are kept privately until you delete them or your account.
Your avatars
As between you and us, you own the avatars you make and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially. The styles themselves (their names, prompts and look) remain ours. Avatars are generated by AI and may resemble other images; you are responsible for how you use them.
The service
We work to keep minipic.me running and your library safe, but the service is provided as is. We may change or discontinue styles. If we ever shut minipic.me down, we will give at least 30 days notice so you can download your avatars and refund unused credits.
