minipic.me is operated from Australia. For anything about your data, write to support@minipic.me.
What we keep
- Your email (and name and picture if you sign in with Google), to run your account.
- Your avatars and what you typed to make them, until you delete them.
- Your credit history and orders. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
- How you found us, if you arrived through a shared avatar or another tagged link: a small cookie remembers the tag for 30 days, and it is saved on your account if you sign up. It holds nothing else and is never sent to anyone.
- The network you claimed free credits from (IP address, network and country) and a one-way hash of your email, to stop the free tier being farmed.
- Your photos. A photo you add to draw once is used for that drawing and not kept. Photos you save in People are kept privately until you delete them or your account.
Who else sees it
- Google (Gemini API) draws the avatars and screens descriptions. It receives the photo or description for that drawing.
- Cloudflare hosts minipic.me and stores the avatars.
- Stripe takes payment and handles tax.
- Resend sends the sign-in and receipt emails.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
Delete any avatar from your library, or your whole account from the Account page; both remove the images for good. For a copy of your data or any question, write to support@minipic.me.
What stays after you delete your account
Your email address, name, sign-in links and every avatar image are deleted. We keep a record of your purchases, your credit history and a text log of what was drawn and when, without the images and without your email address, because tax law requires us to keep sales records and so we can handle any complaint or payment dispute. To find those records if you contact us later, we keep a one-way fingerprint (hash) of your email address that cannot be turned back into the address. We keep these records for up to 7 years.
